The active operations (money transfers/orders) are authorized through digital encryption devices. The digital encryption device – “Token”, can be used as a tool for security when signing payments in Rajffeisen ONLINE and when performing active operations.
The digital encryption device generates a one time code for signing of the operations, which you perform through Raiffeisen ONLINE – through the Internet and by phone through the call center of the bank “Raiffeisen Direct”

After the approval of your application from the bank you could receive your user name and password in the bank office you have indicated in your request. • You could submit a written application for access to Raiffeisen ONLINE in each Raiffeisenbank office in Bulgaria. In the office you will receive an envelope with user name and password for Raiffeisen ONLINE. • Only with one visit in the bank you could submit the application form and receive your user name and password! • If you would like to authorize some other person to make operations with your accounts with the bank you should fill up and submit the required documents/forms in the bank office of your own choice.
• The access to the online services of Raiffeisen ONLINE is available on the next working day after receiving the user name and password. For corporate customers this time is up to 3 working days after receiving the user name and password.
